1. Pre-Screened Buyers: You will have peace of mind knowing that our buyers are pre-screened by our facilitator and/or attorney before we bring them to you. They are legitimate, ready and able to consumate the transaction.
2. Approved Brokers Only: Many sellers tell us that they dread the myraid of calls from brokers when selling their portfolios. Simply put, we take that stress out of the process for you by shielding you from the broker community. Our trained Account Executives communicate and work with brokers out in the "battle field" for you, and a broker must be approved into our Preferred Buyer Agent Network before they can bring a buyer to us. We strictly permit only one buyer agent per transaction (no chains whatsoever). Once we pre-screen the buyer for you, the buyer is the only party with whom you will need to communicate.
3. Work Smart - Not Hard: We value the relationships we have with our buyers and sellers, and your information is kept strictly confidential. We disclose only the details you wish for us to disclose when marketing your inventory. Because of our unique system and company structure, it is not necessary for us to "mass market" your portfolio like many other companies do, causing delays and confusion. We typically have your ready and able buyer to you within an hour or so of your authorizing us to sell it. Our sellers enjoy our professional and stress free process.
Because we take our relationships with buyers and sellers very seriously, there are some guidelines we must follow in representing your inventory:
1. The Package must be VERIFIED and we must receive your Letter of Authorization.
2. We require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours of exclusivity to sell the package.
3. You must be the direct SELLER or the authorized SELLER'S AGENT.
We do not represent packages involving Intermediaries.
